Our Martial Arts School

Master Yang’s Martial Arts Center is a martial arts school located in Latham, NY. We offer mixed martial arts instruction to students of all ages, ranging from preschoolers to adults. Since 1997, we have been teaching students in the Capital District. Our focus is on physical fitness, character development, and self-defense techniques, rather than fighting.

All of our martial arts instructors are required to maintain their personal knowledge of martial arts by taking classes on a regular basis and being evaluated once a year.
